Kiran Rao and Dia Mirza talk about "Humans in the Loop" and "Panha"

All Living Things Environmental Film Festival (ALT EFF), India's premier platform for showcasing stories related to the environment and society, will showcase two important films this year: "Humans in the Loop," executive produced by Kiran Rao, and "Panha," a Marathi short film produced by One India Stories and featuring Dia Mirza. "Panha" is a poignant story of an innocent child from a small village whose family's mango orchard is on the verge of being destroyed due to bullet train projects. The film sensitively portrays the conflict between development and tradition, highlighting the displacement, the pain of loss, and the will to survive of rural people.
