Almighty Motion Pictures has acquired the rights to the screen adaptation (a film-altered story) of the acclaimed book 'Mission Saudi', written by former DGP Aloke Lal and Manas Lal. This adaptation will reveal the true and shocking investigation led by IPS officer Merin Joseph – which led to India's first historic extradition of a rape accused from Saudi Arabia. This incident became a turning point for the fight for justice beyond the country's borders.

The story begins with Pooja, a ninth-grade schoolgirl whose brutality and subsequent tragedy shook the entire Kerala. The accused thought that by going to Saudi Arabia, he had escaped the law forever. But years later, IPS officer Merin Joseph reopened the case.
