Speaking to the news-media, veteran yet evergreen star jovial-actor Nana Patekar who plays 'Ma'at-saab' in  Amazon MX Players trailer launch of latest series 'Sankalp' jokingly said, “I guess they signed me to perform two roles, one you see in the series, and second one is to cook for everyone. So, after pack-up, I had one more job, to cook for everyone, which I liked the most, and I feel happy doing it. After working the whole day, in the evening, the tension of the whole day which they had given me, to get rid of all that, cooking food is the best thing. So thank you for giving me the tension.”

Nana Patekar further added with his tangy humour, “If not for the role, please take me with you to cook food,” highlighting his playful attitude and unassuming personality, even amidst a high-profile political drama shoot. Nana (real name Vishwanath) also honestly admitted that his Hindi fluency and Hindi vocabulary was not up to the mark and that director Prakash Jha would help him out during their friendly arguments and during  dialogues-dubbing. ! Its my honour and privilege to work with Prakash Sir and Nana-Sir they are both like a mentoring Master-Class on the sets," said Bihar-born Kranti Prakash whose real-life father's name is Deochandra Jha--a senior bureaucrat in Bihar.
