The 'Mukkabaaz' fame actor kickstarted the drive by planting saplings alongside 100 members of the Green Army, a group of dedicated women actively working against domestic violence, alcohol abuse, and for the development of their villages. The Green Army is currently operating in 280 villages, with 1,800 women leading these transformative efforts. Following the launch, the Green Army will carry forward the plantation initiative by planting trees in their respective villages, with a target of planting 10,000 trees after the inauguration. Vineet Kumar Singh Champions Environmental Conservation in Varanasi During the event, Vineet Kumar Singh opened up about the urgent need for environmental conservation. He remarked, "Climate change is for real, and the rapid rise in temperatures across the globe is an alarming sign of it. We all need to work together to preserve nature. It is our collective responsibility. The Green Army by Hope Welfare Trust is doing incredible and commendable work. I salute these women and their inspiring efforts.” The event also included the distribution of school bags to 100 schoolchildren by Hope Welfare Trust. Additionally, the Trust plans to distribute 1,000 school bags across other regions as part of its ongoing efforts to support education in underprivileged communities. Apart from Vineet, the event saw the presence of Chief Development Officer (CDO) Himanshu Nagpal, Hope Welfare Trust President Ravi Mishra, Secretary Divyanshu Upadhyay and several other notable figures. Vineet's involvement in such a cause has left a lasting impression on his audience, setting an example for future generations and promoting the importance of environmental conservation.
