Aneri Vajani is the 'Baghin' of Atrangi TV

Aneri Vajani will be seen playing two characters in the serial 'Baghin' which will be aired on Atrangi TV from 8th February. This serial is very unique, where a girl has a deep connection with the soul of a tigress she once killed, and now both of them are solving this mystery and avenging the death of the tigress. Let us tell you that Aneri is known for the serials 'Nisha Aur Uski Cousins' and 'Beyhadh'. Let us tell you what Aneri told about this show and her character.

Aneri's Take on Show and Character

How did you think about doing this show?

Often people say how you decided that you have to do this show, but the truth is that this show itself had decided that I will do it. I used to refuse this show every time but this show kept coming to me again and again for six months. Then I felt that there must be some reason behind this show coming to me again and again and that is why I did this show. I am very excited about this show, we have worked very hard. This was not like a regular show for me. At one time, I started feeling that this show should end because I used to get tired after changing three to four clothes in a day and shooting different scenes. But once I say yes to something, I do it with full passion and dedication. This show has not been easy for me at all, it has been a roller coaster ride for me. This show is very strange. I am very happy that I am a part of this show and I got a chance to be a part of Atrangi.

What would you like to say about the show?

This is a thriller show, in which I am a Baghin. In this, I am also playing a double role for the first time. In the initial episodes, you will see that Gauri is a very sweet girl from the village, and she does not talk much and she speaks with her eyes because she has very little dialogue. When I had to transform from Gauri to a tigress, I used to be very anxious about how I would do it. Transforming Gauri into a tigress is also an art and I had squeezed out this art by the time the show ended. As an actress, I enjoyed playing this character a lot. I got to explore a lot while playing both of these characters.

At the end of the promo, two of your faces are shown, one of which is an innocent girl and the other is a tigress.

This is the USP of the show. When you see Gauri, you will not believe that she can be a tigress. The challenge was whether people would be able to accept me in the avatar of a tigress.

How was the experience of working with the entire cast?

I didn't get any time to have fun with anyone because half of my time was spent preparing for these two characters. I used to change my look three to four times a day and how would I talk to anyone during a 12-hour shift? We used to have some fun with Mridula, Romanch Bhai, and Ansh because we used to have a lot of scenes together.

Would you like to tell us something about your upcoming projects?

I don't like to tell you anything until everything is confirmed, I hope we meet soon.

What would you like to tell your fans?

I would like to tell the fans that I have worked very hard for this show, I know that this is a very out-of-the-box character. The show has been done with a lot of confidence so that you also have confidence, and I hope that you will watch the show and like it. The show is going to air on Atrangi from 8th February.
