My character’s name is Kalikant Thakur, who has a unique way of speaking. He interacts differently with his daughter, mother, and villagers. The role is dark, complex, and mysterious.

  • How challenging has this role been for you as an actor?

I believe television writing is a medium where a lot of effort goes into crafting the characters. The writers for this show have done an exceptional job, whether it’s Mr. Jha or the others. The way they have brought my character to life on screen is commendable. As an actor, my job is to portray the role well according to their vision. My journey to understand this character has been quite enriching.
