Shehzad Shaikh, who is playing the role of Rahul Aggarwal in the Sony TV show 'Mehndi Wala Ghar', got recognition in his long career by playing the character of Naksh Singhania in Star Plus serial 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. Shehzad has also worked in TV serials like 'Bepannah' and 'Sindoor Ki Keemat'. Let us tell you what kind of mischief Shehzad had done in his childhood.
How was Shehzad’s childhood, was he fun-loving or quiet?
To be honest, my childhood was very good. I grew up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Where we were living in a very beautiful compound named King Abdul Aziz International Airport Compound and we had all the facilities available. We had tennis courts, swimming pools, indoor stadiums, mini golf courses, opera theatres, baseball fields, cricket grounds, and much more there. Now when I think about it, I feel that the place where I grew up is the best place to spend my childhood. I can write a book on the good memories of childhood. There we were people with citizenship from seven to eight other countries.
Did anyone play pranks on you or play pranks on you as a child?
We had a game culture which we called Ding Dong Dash. There we had villas, just like American villas. Our game was to go to the neighbor's house, ring the doorbell, and run away. We have also killed a lot of eggs. Suddenly someone had rung the bell and the other one did not know that the bell had rung. When Sir opened the door he was hit by an egg and at that time we had to run away because the car had passed. We also did pranks with friends. we used to tell someone to wait here and we will come, that poor guy used to stay there and we all used to go home and at that time there was no phone even, so that poor guy used to keep waiting there.
