Are you one of those people blessed souls who can eat anything and get away with it?

I wish I was like that. If you have seen my Instagram, you would know that I was 120 kg in my childhood. My body is endomorphic, I gain weight very quickly.

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

My diet plan is particular. Although my diet is fixed, there is something different in it every day. I start my day by working out on an empty stomach, then I eat my supplements, eggs, and fruits. This is my complete breakfast meal. For lunch, I eat 250 grams of vegetables, including bell peppers, broccoli, and some beans, all boiled, along with plenty of protein. And I also eat some rice with it. And I eat something similar at dinner also.

We are actors, our time is not fixed.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?

I am an early riser.

What is your favorite meal of the day?

My breakfast

What is your favorite cuisine?

Korean and Thai

According to you, what is the best time to work out?

For me, the best time is morning. Because it feels quite fresh in the morning. I love getting up before the sun rises.

Is there anything that is a No-No in your diet?

There are many things like this but I am a foodie and also a Punjabi.

What is your favorite healthy munching?

Peanut butter

What is your favorite street food?

Although there are many, but Delhi's Aloo Tikki Chaat is my favorite.

If you have cheat days, what do you like to eat on that day?

Pizza and that too with lots of cheese.

Are there any lifestyle changes you have made over the years?

This is the year when I am in Umargam. It is very different from Mumbai. The first thing is that you are away from the hustle and bustle but the second thing is that you are restricted. Things were different in Mumbai and a lot has changed since I came to Umargam. Now the morning starts with a walk on the beach, which you cannot do in Bombay because the beaches there are very dirty. There is no traffic here so it is fun to drive a car here. A lot has changed after coming to Umargam, everything here is organic because everything is grown locally. I think this change is good and when I go back to Mumbai, I will think about sourcing these things.

If you had to give any tips to your fans, what would you like to say?

Start your day with a glass of water. Do not blindly trust the labels of supplements. Eat your food properly and do not rely on supplements.
