ET Women Conclave 2024 Showcases the Power of Women

The ET Women Conclave, held in March 2024, was a major event empowering women in leadership. The conference brought together successful women from various fields to discuss challenges faced by modern women and promote leadership roles. The conference addressed current challenges faced by women and offered opportunities to celebrate their achievements.

This remarkable event, presented by Volvo Cars India, De Beers Forevermark, and co-powered by Healthians and BIBA, was organized by OMS, a Times Group Company.

Sister BK Shivani Inspires at Conclave: Master Your Mind, Master Your Life

The conclave kicked off with a powerful message from Sister BK Shivani, a renowned spiritual leader.  Her opening session on "work-life balance" emphasized the importance of inner peace and well-being for success. Sister Shivani, a Goodwill Ambassador for the World Psychiatric Association and a recipient of the Nari Shakti Puraskaar inspired attendees to "master your mind to master your life."

The esteemed presence of Chief Guest Hon'ble Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir further honored the event.  

The audience was then captivated by an electrifying performance by mind reader Narpath Raman before the felicitation ceremony for the ET Inspiring Women Leaders 2024.

The prestigious ET Inspiring Women Leaders 2024 awards ceremony was hosted by esteemed TV presenter Charu Sharma, while renowned actress, model, and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen served as a guest of honor. Ms. Sen who herself is a strong-willed woman said, "Women inspire me and I feel empowered and encouraged, as well as humbled and proud when I'm surrounded by strong women." Ms. Sen commended the event and the inspiring women it assembled and further said, "The ET Women's Conclave has been an enlightening experience, and I'm honored to be a part of it."

The core of the event was the felicitation of the ET Inspiring Women Leaders 2024. The ET Inspiring Women Leaders Awards celebrate the achievements of extraordinary Indian women across various fields. These women have overcome challenges, made significant local and global impacts, and become icons for positive change in their industries. The 2024 conclave served as a platform to acknowledge their remarkable contributions and inspire future generations of women leaders.

All these women leaders who created a different future for themselves and inspired so many got this stage to share their experiences and stories.
