Akshay Kumar Property: Sells Two Mumbai Flats, Makes Crores in Profitable Deal

Bollywood's 'Khiladi' Akshay Kumar is once again in the news, but this time the reason is not a film, but his real estate deal. According to the latest reports, Akshay Kumar has sold two properties located in a posh area of Mumbai for crores. Both these properties are located in "Sky City" developed by Oberoi Realty. Recently, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have also invested in this project.

According to a report by real estate website Square Yards, Akshay Kumar has sold two of his residential properties located in Mumbai for a total of Rs 7.10 crore. This transaction was registered in June 2025, which has been confirmed by the documents of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The price of the first of these properties is stated to be Rs 5.75 crore. The carpet area of this flat is 1101 sqft. According to reports, Akshay had earlier bought this flat for Rs 3.02 crore and now sold it at a 90 percent higher price. On this deal, he paid stamp duty of Rs 34.50 lakh and Rs 30,000 as registration fee.

Made a profit of almost 99% from the second property as well

The second property, which has a carpet area of only 252 sqft, has been sold by Akshay Kumar for Rs 1.35 crore. The special thing is that he bought it in the year 2017 for just Rs 67.90 lakh. That is, the price of this property has almost doubled. On this deal too, Akshay paid Rs 6.75 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fee. It is said that these two units were adjacent to each other.
