Nirmal Kapoor, mother of Bollywood personalities Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and Boney Kapoor, passed away on Friday, May 2. She was 90 years old. A few days prior to her demise, she had been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital due to age-related health issues.
Kapoor Family Mourns Loss, Final Rites Underway
Her mortal remains were brought to the Kapoor residence by ambulance. Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor were seen accompanying her on her final journey.
Family members including Janhvi Kapoor, her rumored boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, Shanaya Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor were seen at the residence during this difficult time.
Several prominent film industry figures visited the Kapoor home to pay their respects and support the grieving family. Here's a look at who came to offer condolences:

Renowned writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar was seen arriving at the Kapoor residence to pay his respects.
Rani Mukerji
Actress Rani Mukerji was spotted at the Kapoor house, dressed in white, a symbol of mourning.

Filmmaker Karan Johar also visited the Kapoor household to bid farewell to the late Nirmal Kapoor.

Additionally, director Anees Bazmee, writer-director Rumi Jaffery, Tabu, Veer Pahariya, Vedang Raina, Farah Khan, Neelam Kothari, Salman Khan’s sister Alvira, Jayantilal Gada, and socialite Orry also came to express their condolences.
Nirmal Kapoor’s funeral is being held today, on May 3.
