The company purchased these commercial units on the second floor of Ura Business Park - Phase 2, located on Link Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. These five office units, totaling over 3,400 square feet, are valued at approximately ₹15.05 crore. The transaction was registered on February 27, 2026, with Bobby Deol's wife Tania Deol paying stamp duty of over ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of approximately ₹1.50 lakh. The building is currently under construction, and buyers are expected to take possession by December 2027. The documents also reveal that these office units include five car parking spaces.
Hrithik Roshan's family also bought commercial units in the same building.
Interestingly, Ura Business Park is the same building where Bollywood's "Krrish," Hrithik Roshan, and his family have also invested. According to property registration documents, in November 2025, the Roshan family purchased 10 office units in this building for ₹28 crore. This deal involved Hrithik Roshan's father and renowned filmmaker Rakesh Roshan's company, HRX Digitech LLP (in which Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan are partners), and his mother Pramila Roshan's company, Filmkunj (Bombay) Private Limited. HRX LLP acquired five units, while Filmkunj purchased five. The units purchased by the Roshan family are on the third and fourth floors of the building. Overall, the Roshan family now owns approximately 6,968 square feet of RERA carpet area in the building.
