Let us tell you that Varun Dhawan is shooting the first schedule in Uttar Pradesh. The actor shared a close-up of his muscular arm on Instagram Stories on Sunday, February 9, which has scratches and bruises. Captioning the post, he wrote, "Some of the many injuries this week. War is not easy". Let us tell you that on January 16, the team of Border 2 started shooting the first schedule in Jhansi. In a picture shared by the makers, Varun was seen posing with producers Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Dutta, co-producer Shiv Chanana and director Anurag Singh.

Not only this, Varun Dhawan shared a post on social media expressing his excitement about the film. He said, "I was a fourth class kid when I went to Chandan Cinema and saw Border. And it made a huge impact. I still remember the feeling of national pride we all felt in the hall. I started idolizing our armed forces and even today I salute them for how they protect us and keep us safe on our borders or during natural disasters. JP Dutta sir's war epic is still one of my most favourite films. Playing a role in Border 2 produced by JP sir and Bhushan Kumar is a very special moment in my career. And I got a chance to work with my hero Sunny Paaji, which makes it even more special. I am excited to bring the story of a brave soldier to the screen in what promises to be India's biggest war film. I wish you all the best. Jai Hind".
