Deepika Padukone Exits The Spirit: Deepika Padukone's alleged exit from 'Spirit', directed by Animal filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has become a topic of discussion in the film industry. This controversy has sparked a heated debate across Bollywood. Many actors, including Sonakshi Sinha, Neha Dhupia, and Vikrant Massey, have supported Deepika. Now, Ram Kapoor has expressed his reaction on the 'Spirit' controversy. 

Ram Kapoor shares his thoughts on the 'Spirit' controversy

Actually, while talking about the 'Spirit' controversy, Ram Kapoor said, "Once you achieve success in showbiz. Whether as a star or as an actor and people want to work with you, then yes, you are in a position to choose how many hours you want to work. Even when I was working in television, I used to decide how many hours I wanted to work. So I have been lucky. Any person who reaches a level where they do not need to look for work is in a position to choose".

Ram Kapoor also stressed the importance of commitment after signing a project. The actor said, "Most of us actors, including me, know that when we sign a project, we have to do that project to the best of our ability. That's the essence of it".

Ram Kapoor remembers his television days 

Along with this, remembering his television days, Ram Kapoor said that he too had once set a limit of eight hours for himself. The actor said, "Television used to run continuously. There was no season. It used to run every day, every month, for years. So I said, 'I will work only eight hours a day. But now with films and OTT shows, like Mistry, I sometimes work 14 to 16 hours a day, but only for a few months. And I have no reason to complain. This industry is tough, the hours are long, but I consider myself lucky that I am doing what I like."

Deepika Padukone had made this demand

Let us tell you that earlier, there were reports that Sandeep Reddy Wanga had also removed Deepika Padukone from Spirit. According to reports, Deepika had many demands, which included eight-hour shifts, a high salary, and a share in the film's profits. Director Wanga did not like these things. Later, Tripti Dimri was replaced by Deepika Padukone.
