Akshay Kumar To SUE Paresh Rawal For ₹25 Crore: There has been a new twist in the casting controversy of Hera Pheri 3. Recently Paresh Rawal backed out from the film. This move has disappointed millions of Hera Pheri fans. Now news is coming that Akshay Kumar's production house has sent him a legal notice of Rs 25 crore. This controversy can be very challenging for the future of the film.

Legal notice sent to Paresh Rawal

Actually, according to a report by HT, Akshay Kumar's production company Cape of Good Films has sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal for damages of Rs 25 crore. They say that Paresh Rawal acted unprofessionally and left the film Hera Pheri 3 after signing the contract and starting shooting.

Paresh Rawal did not show professional behavior to the film

Sources close to the production also confirmed to the portal that he is being paid "three times more than his usual fee" for the film. Paresh Rawal has not displayed professional behaviour. If he did not want to do the film, he should have neither signed a legal contract nor taken the fee. The producers have already spent so much money on the shoot. It's time for Bollywood stars to understand that just like Hollywood, producers here too will not tolerate actors who violate contracts and walk out of projects on their own."

Paresh Rawal had said this

Despite rumours about creative clashes or financial disputes, Paresh Rawal denied that any of these played a role in his quitting. Paresh Rawal clarified on his ex account, "I would like to put it on record that my decision to leave Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I reiterate that there are no creative differences with the filmmaker. I have immense love, respect, and trust for the film director Mr. Priyadarshan".

The film 'Hera Pheri' was released in the year 2000

The first Priyadarshan directorial venture, Hera Pheri (2000), starred Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal as three hapless individuals who get caught up in a money-making scheme, leading to chaotic and hilarious situations. The film became a huge hit and is still loved today for its comedic timing and memorable performances. The sequel, Phir Hera Pheri (2006), took the story of the three characters forward as they become rich, but again lose everything in a series of scams.
