Hera Pheri 3 Updates: Film Can Succeed Without Babu Rao, Says Akshay Kumar in Bold Statement

Hera Pheri 3 Updates: The third part of one of Bollywood's most popular comedy films 'Hera Pheri', i.e. 'Hera Pheri 3', is in controversy and discussions these days. This time the reason for the controversy is the film's most favorite character Baburao Ganpat Rao Apte i.e. Paresh Rawal. When Paresh Rawal announced his exit from the film, everyone from fans to the film's director and co-stars were shocked. Initially there were reports that there were some creative differences between Paresh Rawal and director Priyadarshan, due to which Paresh left the film. But later both the actor and the director denied this and said that there is no such dispute between them.

Recently, in an interview, Akshay Kumar gave his reaction on this issue. He said, "Whatever is happening is in front of everyone. I am sitting with my fingers crossed that everything goes well. And I am sure that everything will be good." Paresh Rawal's character Baburao has not only been the main pillar of comedy, but he has also been the link between Rajju (Akshay Kumar) and Shyam (Sunil Shetty). In such a situation, the absence of this character is a big loss for the fans.

Legal dispute also came to the fore

After Paresh Rawal left the film, the matter was not just limited to emotions, but also reached the legal realm. Akshay Kumar's production company Cape of Good Films filed a case of Rs 25 crore against Paresh Rawal, which was termed as 'unprofessional behavior'. According to reports, Paresh Rawal was to be paid Rs 15 crore for this film, and he had already taken a signing amount of Rs 11 lakh. However, later Paresh Rawal returned that amount with interest. Director Priyadarshan expressed displeasure over the whole episode and said that "at least Paresh Rawal should have called me before going to the media."

Sunil Shetty also remained unaware

Sunil Shetty told in an interview to India Today that he was not aware of this decision. He said, "My children Athiya and Ahan sent me the news and asked - Papa, what is this?" Talking to ANI, Sunil Shetty said, "If Paresh Rawal is not in the film, then there is a 100% guarantee that the film will not work."

Akshay Kumar reacted

Although Akshay Kumar came into the news for filing a case against Paresh Rawal, he also showed respect for Paresh Rawal publicly. When a journalist called Paresh Rawal's decision 'foolish', Akshay replied - "You should not say such words for my co-star. I have worked with him for 32 years, we are very good friends. He is a great actor and I respect him a lot." The controversy over 'Hera Pheri 3' has raised questions about the future of this classic franchise. While on one hand fans will miss Baburao, on the other hand stars like Akshay and Sunil are hopeful that the film can still be a success. Now it remains to be seen whether this film will be able to retain its old magic or not
