Jason Shah recalls Aamir's behaviour on the sets of Thugs of Hindostan

Actor Jason Shah, who played the villain Cartwright in the Netflix series Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, made a lot of headlines for his acting. Meanwhile, Hiramandi actor Jason Shah recalled working with Aamir Khan in the film Thugs of Hindostan. The actor said that they had a good conversation, but Aamir was lost in his own world.

In fact, Jason Shah in his recent interview shared the experience of working with Hiramandi co-star Manisha Koirala and Aamir Khan in Thugs of Hindostan. When Jason Shah was asked why he and Manisha Koirala were not talking to each other on the sets of Hiramandi, he said, "She is an actress who stays in her space a lot. I respect that. I have also worked with Aamir Khan in Thugs of Hindostan and he is also the same kind of person. He is in the world that he has created for himself. He rarely spoke to me. We had some good conversations, but it was not much. Most of the time he was alone in his world and Manisha created all this for herself, which I respect".

Jason said this on working with Manisha Koirala

In the interview, Jason Shah was asked if it was the demand of the character that Manisha Koirala was playing, or she is generally a person who does not talk much. Answering this question, Jason said, "Probably both. She is usually a little quiet, while I talk to everyone. I like a relaxed atmosphere. But some people are serious, which is fine". Jason also told that sometimes he becomes so unaware that he does not even know who he is acting with. He said that once he mistook a co-actor for Eddie. Another time, because he had been coming and going for a year and a half, he forgot who Mallika Jaan was.

Thugs of Hindostan was released in the year 2018

Thugs of Hindostan is a 2018 Indian masala adventure film directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Ronit Roy, and Lloyd Owen in lead roles. The story of the film is set during the period of company rule in India, Firangi Mallah, a small-time thug from Awadh, is sent by an officer of the East India Company to infiltrate and confront a gang of thugs. The film Thugs of Hindostan did well at the box office.
