Samarth Jurel will play the role of Crown Prince Buddha in the mythological show Buddha Dev

Bigg Boss 17 fame Samarth Jurel is currently in the news for his mythological show Buddha Dev. Actor Yuvraj will be seen playing the character of Buddha in the show. Meanwhile, Samarth Jurel talked about the upcoming show in which he gave information about his character and the challenges faced while playing it.

Samarth was seen in the role of Prince Buddha 

Let us tell you that earlier this week, Samarth Jurel posted some pictures on Instagram, in which he gave fans a glimpse of his look in the upcoming show. He was seen in long hair wearing his costume for his role. After this, a close-up look is attached in which he is wearing a saffron tika on his forehead. Sharing these pictures, the actor wrote, "Yuvraj Buddha is coming soon". Fans are also praising Samarth after seeing the actor's look.

Samarth Jurail spoke about his show

While talking about his show, Samarth Jurel said, "My character's name is Yuvraj Buddha, which is also the title of the show. I had never heard of such a character before. We all are familiar with mythological stories like Ramayana and Mahabharata and we know about Gautam Buddha, but Yuvraj Buddha is a completely different God".

Samarth had to face these challenges during the show

This 20-25 episode series came with many challenges for the actor, the biggest challenge of which was about speaking Sanskrit. Talking about this, the actor said, "Sanskrit is very difficult. I am still confused in the lines". During the conversation, he said that even for his costume, it takes about 20 minutes to get ready, which creates discomfort for the actor. He said, "It feels itchy, and the most difficult part is to stay calm. I am very restless by nature, so it has been difficult to stay calm". 

Samarth Jurel continued his work despite the injury

Apart from the mythological show, Samarth Jurel is also busy shooting for his first Bollywood project. According to reports, the actor was admitted to the hospital after he got injured as he decided to perform a high-intensity action scene himself instead of using a body double. Despite being injured, he showed professionalism and completed the shoot. Meanwhile, sources close to the production revealed that he decided to perform the difficult stunts himself to maintain the authenticity of the historical character he is playing.
