Bhansali remembered his struggling days

In fact, in his recent interview, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali recalled his days of struggle and said, "It was impossible for me to come to the film world. How did this boy living near Bhindi Bazaar come here. That boy never spoke well, he had no friends, he had no influence but there is a way and it is a long way."

Bhansali got help in connecting with Vidhu Vinod Chopra because of his sister

Sanjay Leela Bhansali told that it was his sister's efforts that helped him connect with Vidhu Vinod Chopra, although Chopra rejected him quickly at first. He said, "My sister worked with Vidhu Vinod Chopra. She contacted his ex-wife Renu Chopra, who forced him to take me. Vinod Chopra came and rejected me in his own special way. Then he accepted me and I worked with him for 8 years". While showing the impact of that experience on him, Sanjay Leela Bhansali said, "He made me iron and steel. After working with him for 8 years, you can face anything in the world. Even today, if Vinod Chopra calls, I stand up and talk. This is gratitude towards the person who changed my life".

Sanjay Leela Bhansali will direct Love and War

After this, he will direct the film Love and War with Bollywood couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor as well as Vicky Kaushal, which will also feature Vicky Kaushal. At the same time, recently Sanjay Leela Bhansali has officially announced the release date of his most awaited film Love and War starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. At the time of announcement of this film, its release date was fixed as Christmas 2025. But now its release date has been extended to March 20, 2026. Actually, this time there will be a long weekend which will include festivals like Ramadan, Ram Navami and Gudi Padwa. Due to which the film can benefit and it is expected to have a good collection at the box office.
