Shera revealed about the firing that happened at Salman's Galaxy apartment

Salman Khan has had a trusted bodyguard since 1995, Shera, whose real name is Gurmeet Singh Jolly. Shera works as a dedicated bodyguard for Salman Khan. Shera also runs his own security firm called Tiger Security. Shera recently spoke about the horrific shootout that took place outside Salman's Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, Mumbai earlier this year.

 Shera revealed about the firing incident that happened outside Galaxy Apartment

Let us tell you that while talking about the firing incident outside Galaxy Apartment, Shera said that Salman has been threatened earlier as well. However, the recent firing incident at his Galaxy residence was unexpected and a matter of serious concern. In his conversation, Shera said, "Such threats used to come earlier as well, but this time it was a bit more serious because it was sudden and serious, so now we are always alert". 

Shera spoke on continuing to work with Salman

Shera also expressed his desire to continue working with Salman. Shera said, "I have been with Salman for 29 years. Many bodyguards change actors, but I have been with him for so many years. I don't think anyone else can handle Bhai".

This is how Salman and Shera met

Along with this, Shera also told how he met Salman Khan for the first time. He said, “I met Salman Khan for the first time through Sohail Khan during a show. Sohail wanted security for Salman because there was some problem in a stage show. At that time I used to wear a turban. When Sohail Bhai saw me, he said, 'Why don't you accompany Salman Bhai?' I agreed and initially I was with him only during the show. It was not a regular thing. Gradually, I mingled with Bhai and that relationship continues till date. Our bond is very strong. I am a Sardar, he is a Pathan and our pairing was perfect. I told Bhai, 'As long as I am there, I will serve you'.

Firing happened at Salman's house on 14th April

Let us tell you that on April 14, two youths opened fire outside Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, Mumbai and fled. The accused were identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal. The attackers were later caught from Gujarat, and the Mumbai Police applied the Maharashtra Organized Crime Control Act (MCOCA) to detain those involved. The attackers carried out the incident on the instructions of the Lawrence Gang.
