Jacqueline Fernandez Seeks Restraining Order on Sukesh's Letters

Alleged swindler Sukesh Chandrashekhar has reportedly threatened to expose "undiscovered" evidence against Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who recently filed a petition in a Delhi court to immediately stop him from releasing any communication about Jacqueline. There was a demand to give instructions. Now according to media reports, without taking Jacqueline's name, Sukesh said in a fresh letter that he would expose the person by releasing chats, screenshots, and recordings to prove his claim.

What did Sukesh say in the letter?

According to the report, Sukesh claimed that he had paid to boost the man's social media account to compete and race against his key aide. The letter quoted Sukesh, the main accused in the ₹200 crore money laundering case, as saying, "The world needs to know the truth, the reality."

Jacqueline had filed a case

Jacqueline moved Delhi's Patiala House Court on Wednesday and sought directions to the Superintendent of Mandoli Jail and the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police to prevent Chandrashekhar from issuing any further letters, statements or messages about her. The petition cited Chandrashekhar's letter dated October 15, saying it was "full of unwanted and disturbing content" and was widely reported by the media.

"This continued effort by Chandrashekhar to establish contact with the applicant (Jacqueline) is nothing less than a blatant attempt at witness tampering with the clear intention of mentally scaring her to such an extent that she would conceal the truth. Be forced to file a criminal case,” the actress petitioned said.

"These letters, which were deliberately widely circulated and published in the print media, have caused significant financial loss to the applicant. This campaign is not only harassment and intimidation but also a direct violation of her rights as a prosecution witness," the petition said."

EOW supported Jacqueline

The EOW in its reply supported Jacqueline's plea and said, “It is observed that accused Sukesh Chandrashekhar is also in the habit of sending letters on media platforms through various mediums about the present applicant, which is not only disturbing/ directly threatening the present applicant but also affecting her social/professional activities.”

The actor is a protected witness in the FIR being investigated by the EOW in connection with a ₹200 crore money-laundering and extortion case allegedly linked to Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
