Kangana Ranaut Joins Ganesh Utsav on COLORS' Laughter Chefs

Continuing its fun-filled culinary extravaganza with COLORS' 'Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment' kicks off their Ganesh Utsav Special with a feast of Maharashtrian flavors and a dash of stardom! True to tradition, the festivities commence with an aarti to Lord Ganesh, sung by Rahul Vaidya, setting a divine tone for what's to come.

Laughter Chefs Face Fiery Aalu Vadi Challenge with Thecha Twist

For the first cooking battle, the laughter chefs are thrown into a sizzling challenge where precision is key: they must craft eight perfect pieces of aalu vadi, each crackling with flavour and beautifully plated. But that's not all — the fiery thecha must be made the traditional way, on a silbatta, with a spice level that will make even the bravest sweat. With only 17 ingredients allowed from the market, the heat is on to see who can balance the delicate act of taste and presentation.

Amid the kitchen chaos, Bollywood’s queen Kangana Ranaut graces the show to promote her upcoming film 'Emergency'. The atmosphere electrifies as Ankita Lokhande and Kangana set the stage on fire, recreating their iconic dance to ‘Dankila’. The laughter peaks as Krushna playfully pitches his own political ambitions, seeking Kangana’s backing for a future in politics in Himachal Pradesh.

The second challenge ups the ante with the preparation of ukdiche modak. Laughter chefs must create five flawless modaks, each featuring precisely 12 pleats and a generous drizzle of ghee. As the contestants knead, shape, and stuff their modaks, Kangana mingles with them, offering tips and tasting the sweet fillings, adding her starry approval to the mix. Soon after, the kitchen comes alive as all the laughter chefs groove to the beats of ‘London Thumakda’ with Kangana, bringing their high-energy moves to the celebration.

Who will rise to the top in the race for preparing this Maharashtrian feast? Which contestant will win the maximum number of stars with their culinary creations?
