Zee TV' Vasudha: Abhishek Sharma Talks Show Dynamics & His Role

Soon a new show is going to come on Zee TV, named Vasudha. Unlike Saas-Bahu and Prem Kahani, this show is based on two completely opposite personalities and viewpoints. In the show, Nausheen Ali Sardar is playing the role of the domineering boss lady Chandrika. Priya Thakur is playing the lead role of Vasudha. Abhishek Sharma, who plays the role of Chandrika's son Devang Singh Chauhan in the same show, who has won everyone's heart by playing the role of 'Vishwa' in the popular TV show 'Imlie', had a special conversation with Mayapuri and gave us important information about the show and his character.

• This show seems different from other shows, from the promo it seems that this is a show of two different ideologies. What do you want to say about this?

This show is completely different from the drama of Saas Bahu and Prem Kahani. In the show, you will get to see a clash of viewpoints between two women. At the same time, my character is going to understand the different aspects of these two women and give them a solution. Every character in the show has a story of its own and these characters take each other's story forward.

• You seem like Shravan Kumar in this show, who listens to everything his mother says. What is your opinion on this?

My character's name in the show is Devang Singh Chauhan who respects his mother a lot. For him, whatever she says is set in stone because he has seen his mother struggle. If I talk about his character, he is a very loving, down-to-earth person. For him, no person is small or big. He always talks lovingly to the younger ones and respects the elders.

• Will we get to see your and Vasudha's love story in the show?

I want these questions to remain questions. Along with this, I would also like to see how I add my flavor to the conflict between Chandrika ji and Vasudha.

• You had said in an interview that playing a lead character is a responsible job. What would you like to say about this?

Yes, I did. I believe that whenever you do a show, whether it is in the lead role or just a character, it should be played with complete honesty. I believe that it is my job to do my work with complete honesty.

• Many shows come on TV and get closed after some time, in such a situation are you nervous or excited for this show?

See, if your story has power and you are doing your work honestly, then the show will do well. All we have to do is our work. As far as nervousness and excitement are concerned, I am excited. I would like that these things never come to my mind, I just play my character well.

• How was your experience with the other characters of the show?

My experience with everyone has been very good. Wherever we shot outdoors, that location was very good and after the shooting, that place became even more beautiful.

• What would you like to say to your fans?

I would like to tell my fans to come to Zee TV on 16th September at 10:30 pm and give their love to our show.
