Society and television content are interdependent, says actress Celesti Bairagey, who is known for her show Rajjo and Amazon Mini TV series 'Amber Girls School'. She says that this is a loop that will always fascinate her.

Ask her if she agrees that daily soap resonates with the values and beliefs of society, and she says, “Daily soaps are like the comfort food of television. We might not admit it, but they’re secretly our guilty pleasures! They tap into universal emotions—love, heartbreak, ambition, betrayal. What’s crazy is that no matter how over-the-top they seem, at their core, they’re showing us parts of ourselves that we might not even acknowledge. It’s not just about values and beliefs, but about our hidden fears and desires.”
