Justice Arif Doctor said, "Such content needs to be immediately removed from the public domain, not only in the interest of the actor but also in the larger public interest." The order further stated, "What is truly alarming in many of these cases is the appearance of deepfake images and videos being created using AI." Justice Doctor further added, "In the case of both images and videos, the morphing is so sophisticated and deceptive that it is almost impossible to detect that they are not real images or videos of the plaintiff (Akshay)."

Describing the AI-generated videos as a matter of "great concern," Justice Doctor further warned, "The consequences that could arise from the spread of such content are indeed grave and serious. Besides violating and affecting the personality and moral rights of the plaintiff, such videos also pose a grave threat to the safety and well-being of the plaintiff's family members and can also have a detrimental and serious impact on society and public order, which clearly appears to be the agenda of those creating such content."
